Jesus Christ is the head and builder of His Church of which The Rock Bible Church is a localized expression.
Under the headship of Christ, The Rock Bible Church is led by a plurality of biblically-qualified Elders (See 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1). The “Elders Council” then, is accountable to God for overseeing and giving direction to all aspects of local church life and ministry.
